Who We're Looking For

We curate with intention a thoughtful mix of vendors to create a strong shopping experience

Handmade or artisan goods
Curated vintage or unique items
Cottage food vendors
Customization vendors (e.g. permanent jewelry, hat bars, live art)

Vendors arrive approximately 2 hours before the event start for setup
Have booths fully set up 30 minutes before opening
Vendors are expected to remain for the full duration of the event (no early breakdown)
Vendors are responsible for providing a welcoming and professional customer experience
Booth spaces should be clean, organized, and visually presentable

Event Guidelines

To ensure a professional and seamless experience, all vendors must adhere to the following operational standards

Vendors must bring all necessary setup equipment unless rentals are arranged in advance.
Canopies must be properly weighted down (minimum requirements may apply depending on venue)
Booth sharing or subletting is not permitted without approval.
